ABOUT US
WORLD Swim was established in 2021 as a development arm of WORLD Coaches Academy with the vision to bring forth quality swim skills through structured education internationally. The goal was to cater to the local culture, mindset and economical status in the respective regions and countries, so that as many children as possible could benefit from equipping themselves with this essential life skill.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to put forward accessible, sustainable and effective knowledge for swimming coaches, children, parents, schools and their respective communities to raise and strengthen swimming standards through the implementation of a professional and structured learning pathway for the entire community.
OUR FRAMEWORK
Our framework comprises of two different pathways for development that are stacked on top of one another. We use progressive teaching methods, which entail dividing swimming skills into smaller, more manageable pieces that may be taught and practiced separately. The framework focuses not only on skill development through the stages but also on values and character development.
EDUCATION BOARD
Our education board comprises of industry leaders across the technical fields of swimming, coaching pedagogy, physical education, strength and conditioning, research and academic scholarships.
